Today i am going to share slow cooker baked potato recipe, This turned out amazing, even my kids have begged for me to make it again. Let’s move to the ingredients.

First put a bed of potato down to fill bottom of slow cooker hand full of onion and bacon on top. Then repeated this till the amount i wanted.
Now i added 2 tubs of cream with a tub of milk ( used one of the cream ones when it was empty) poured into a bowl added random amount of pepper salt and garlic powder mixed together. After that poured the mixture over the top of everything.
Put the lid on and cooked on high for 2 hrs, then low for 2.5 hrs. I added cheese on top when there was only 30 mins left of cooking. Your slow cooker baked potato is ready to serve. Stay with us to find more recipes. Thanks.
CREAMY GARLIC PARMESAN CHICKEN RECIPE
This is so fentestic…it’s most likely illegal Hubby & the kids mopped up their bowls & went for seconds!
INGREDIENTS:
12 chicken thighs (seasoned – see description)
12 medium button mushrooms (sliced chunky)
3 handfuls of fresh spinach.
SAUCE
¼ cup butter
4 garlic cloves (minced)
2 x tablespoons of plain flour
1 x cup chicken stock
500 ml thickened/double cream (can use cooking cream)
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tbsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp pepper
2 teaspoon salt
Serves: 7-8 depending on portion sizes.
Directions:
1. In a large frypan add a little bit of olive oil & brown off the chicken on medium heat for 4-5 mins on each side or until lightly golden on each side. Make sure you season the chicken on both side with a light dusting of salt, garlic powder & peppers.
2. Add all the sauce ingredient to the slow cooker & mix well.
3. Add the sliced mushroom & spinach to the sauce & mix to coat. Place the chicken on top & drizzle the sauce over the chicken.
4. pour the slow cooker lid on & cook on high for 3 hours or low for 7 hours.
5. Serve on mashed potato or salad. You’ll want something to mop up with that sauce!
Note: if you like your sauces thick, make a slurry of cornflour & a dash of water & pour into the cooker for the last 30 minutes.

2 kyllingbryster
1 lille dåse kokosmælk
1 spk soya
1 løgskåret i 6 dele
2 tsk paprika
1 - 2 tsk cayennepeber
1/2 tsk salt
Peber
4 skiver ananas
2 spk ananassaft
Krydderierne blandes med tomater og kokosmælk. Kyllingebrysterne lægges ovenpå. Derpå ananasskiverne og lidt revet ost

They rose so much they touched the tea towel at the top hence a little burn in the centre bun when I grilled them for 1 minute
But still super yummy and dishes are all done
Ingredients:
– Packet mix of bread mix is fine. I used Laucke crusty white bread mix
– 1.5 cup of diced bacon
– 2 cups cheese
– melted butter
Directions:
– Mix up dough mix as packet instructions and let rise. I did mine in the bread maker
– then roll into small balls (I made 9) Place in lined slow cooker. Cover & let rise again for approx 30 mins.
– Brush with melted butter.
– Sprinkle bacon and grated cheese on top.
– Cook and don’t forget the tea towel. high for 2 hours
– grill does approx. 2 mins.
Omg I made the Slow Cooker Mongolian beef for dinner. 205 reviews & 5 stars I was excited. I doubled the meat & all sauce ingredients except the sugar. It was perfect! I also added frozen stir fry veges about 45 minutes before it was ready.
Ingredients:
Chuck beef 650g thin sliced
1/4 cup (30g) cornflour
2 tsp (40ml) olive oil
1/4 cup (65ml) soy sauce
1 tbsp minced garlic
3 spring onions, sliced diagonally into one cm pieces
1 onion thinly sliced
1/4 cup (65ml) water
1/4 cup (40g) brown sugar
1/2 tsp minced fresh ginger root
1/4 cup (65ml) hoisin sauce
A dash of sesame seed oil
Directions:
Place chuck steak & corn flour in a re sealable plastic bag.
Shake the bag to evenly coat chuck steak with corn flour.
Allow steak to rest for 10 minutes.
Heat oil in frypan over medium-high heat.
Cook steak until evenly browned, 2-3 mins.
Place onion, garlic, chuck steak, spring onions in the SC.
Mix soy sauce, hoisin sauce, water, ginger, brown sugar & sesame seed oil, put over veg & beef.
Cook on low about 3.5 – 4 hours.
Serve with stir-fried vegetable & steamed rice.
Ingredients:
2 jars of memphis bbq sauce4. Put the stuffed and wrapped chicken breasts over that sauce in the slow cooker, add the sliced mushrooms, onions and chorizo sausages.
5. Put the remaining memphis bbq sauce into the slower cooker or less depending how thick you want the sauce to be and mix the mushrooms, onions and chorizo sausages without disturbing the chicken.
6. I put on low for 7 hours but 6 is more than enough, depending on how you like your chicken.
7. Serve with whatever trimmings you like, I had chips.
Bare in mind my sauce wasn’t as thick as I would of liked as I put 1 and a half jars on top as well as half under so add what quantity of sauce you would like. The chicken was beautiful and just fell apart lovely and I also added some more grated cheese on top once plated.
Hunters Chicken Slow Cooker Recipe
Ingredients:
4 x Chicken breast
2 x packs of Bacon
2 x value BBQ sauce (or you can use a proper homepride hunters sauce but we couldn’t find any)
Method:
Put a bottle of bbq sauce in the bottom of the slow cooker.
Wrap breasts in bacon. I did one piece length ways and 2 side by side width ways.
Place on top of the bbq sauce (I had to stack the chicken)
But the remaining bottle of bbq sauce over the top of the chicken
Some people add salt and pepper but I didn’t.
Cook on low for 7 hours!
The result! Going to ladle some of the sauce on it x
CARAMEL FUDGE
En hel and, skylles, tørres og fyldes med citron, appelsin og lime frugter.
Læg anden i en foliebakke i potten.
6 timer på høj varme
800 gr skært oksekød. Eller kylling.
1 oksebouillon terning
5 fed hvidløg
3 løg
8 gulerødder i stykker
2 glas champignon
1 dåse hakkede tomater
1 dåse tomatkoncentrat
1/2 liter kogende vand
1/4 liter piskefløde
Et glas rødvin
2 spk paprik
4 laurbærblade
Salt og peber
Brun kødet godt i en gryde, (medmindre din crockpot gryde kan gå på komfuret)
Hak løg og hvidløg og kom i gryden. Tilsæt resten af ingredienserne og lad det stå et øjeblik. Hæld det hele i Crockpotten og giv det 8 timer på lav varme.

5-6 kartofler skrælles og skæres i grove stykker, de smides i potten med to løg skåret i tykke skiver, to fed hvidløg, et glas rødvin og en oksebouillon terning
